Operating the Platform

What Running This Platform Looks Like

  1. Ships Ready to BrandThe rider app, driver app and admin console are already written and working. Launch work is your branding, your rate card and your accounts — not a development cycle.
  2. Costs You Can ModelYou pay for customisation and deployment, not for building dispatch, payments and tracking from nothing. After launch most of the bill is third-party and scales with trips.
  3. Keeps Up With the StoresMobile platforms move — SDK deprecations, permission changes, store policy. Platform updates track those so your apps stay shippable.
  4. Built for More Than One CityCurrency, language, tax rules and rate cards are set per operating zone, so a second city is configuration rather than a second deployment.
  5. Safety and Data ControlsMasked calling, SOS with live trip context, driver document expiry and role-based admin access. Data handling is designed to support the rules of the markets you agree to operate in.
  6. Numbers You Can Act OnTrip volume, cancellation reasons, driver supply against demand and revenue by zone — read from the same database that runs dispatch.

Under the Hood

The Parts You'll Actually Operate Every Day

01 of 04

Live Tracking & Dispatch

Driver and rider positions update continuously from the moment a trip is accepted until it closes. The admin map shows every active vehicle at once, so your ops desk sees a stalled pickup before the rider phones in. Routing and geocoding run on your own maps key, and that provider bills you per request.

  • Live driver position
  • Route and ETA updates
  • Arrival notifications
  • Ops-side fleet map

Payments & Driver Payouts

Riders pay by card, wallet, UPI or cash, and you decide which methods are on in each city. Every trip records the fare, your commission and the driver's share, then payouts run on the schedule you set — including cash trips, where the driver already holds the money and owes you the cut. Processing fees are charged by your gateway, against your own merchant account.

  • Cards & digital wallets
  • UPI and local rails
  • Cash trips reconciled
  • Commission and payout runs

03 of 04

Masked Chat & Calling

Riders and drivers talk through the app, so neither side sees the other's number and neither keeps it after the trip. Messages stay attached to the trip record, which is what you reach for when someone disputes a pickup that never happened.

  • Number masking
  • Trip-linked message history
  • Photo attachments
  • Escalation to your support desk

04 of 04

Booking & Matching

A rider sets pickup and drop, sees the fare calculated from your rate card, and confirms. Matching offers the trip to the nearest available driver in the zone, re-offers when one declines or lets the timer run out, then widens the search radius rather than dropping the request. You set the radius, the offer timeout and the surge multiplier per zone.

  • Address autocomplete
  • Upfront fare from your rate card
  • Nearest-driver matching with re-offer
  • Scheduled and advance rides

Taxi App — FAQ

What Operators
Ask Us

Need something answered before you commit? Speak to the build team.

Three products and the backend behind them: a rider app, a driver app, and a web admin console. The apps ship for iOS and Android. The console is where you onboard and verify drivers, set rate cards, draw service zones, watch live trips, reassign a dispatch by hand, handle SOS events and run driver payouts. The backend holds trip state, matching, pricing and the ledger the reports read from.

What happens after you send it

A developer reads it, not an auto-responder. Expect questions about scope and constraints first, then a suggested way to start.
